Who we are

BizGrowHub (bizgrowhub.shop) is an order, courier and fraud-check service for online shops in Bangladesh. This policy covers the website, the dashboard at dashboard.bizgrowhub.shop, the partner panel at partner.bizgrowhub.shop, the API at api.bizgrowhub.shop and the BizGrowHub WooCommerce plugin. Data we collect

• Account data: your name, email address, password (stored only as a hash) and, if you turn it on, your two-factor secret.
• Google sign-in: if you choose Sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, profile picture and Google account ID from Google. We ask only for the openid, email and profile scopes.
• Shop data you add: products, orders, customer names, phone numbers, delivery addresses, payment and delivery status, partner and staff records.
• Store connections: when you connect a WooCommerce store, we receive its orders and checkout details through the API keys you approve. Store and courier keys are stored encrypted.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type and sign-in times, kept for security and to stop abuse.

How we use it

• To run your account and sign you in.
• To show, sync and manage your shop's orders, book parcels with the courier you choose and track their delivery.
• To check a customer's phone number against courier delivery records when you ask for a fraud check.
• To send service emails such as sign-in links, invites and password resets.
• To keep the service secure and fix problems. We do not use your data for advertising and we do not sell it.

Google user data

Our use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google account data is used only to create your account and sign you in. It is not shared with third parties, not used for advertising and not used to train AI models. You can remove BizGrowHub's access at any time from your Google account settings.

Who we share data with

• The courier you book with (for example Steadfast or Pathao) receives the parcel details needed for delivery.
• Service providers that run BizGrowHub for us: our hosting server and our email provider (Resend). They process data only on our instructions.
• Authorities, only when the law requires it.
• Nobody else. We do not sell or rent personal data.

How long we keep it

We keep shop data while the account is active. Incomplete checkout records are removed automatically after a short period. When an account is deleted, its data is erased within 30 days, except records the law requires a shop to keep.

Security

Data is sent over HTTPS, stored on servers we control and separated per shop at the database level. Secrets such as API keys are encrypted. Staff access is limited to what is needed to run the service.

Your choices and rights

You can see and edit your account and shop data in the dashboard, export your orders, and ask us to correct or delete your data. To delete your data, follow the steps on our data deletion page (bizgrowhub.shop/data-deletion) or email support@bizgrowhub.shop.

Children

BizGrowHub is a business service and is not meant for anyone under 18.

Changes

If we change this policy we update the date above, and we tell account owners by email about important changes.
